Sept BATTLE OF BRITAIN SPECTACULAR, WISSANT
near CALAIS, FRANCE
A French
group led by a Monsieur Nicolas Grébert is organising a Battle of Britain
commemoration at Adolph Galland’s old base, Wissant/Audembert just outside
Calais on 18th-19th September. A number of rare warbirds
have been promised for the event, including the following: FW 190, Me 109,
Spitfire, P-51, Hawk 75, Morane 406, Bucker Jungman, JU-52, Stearman,
Stampe,T-6, and a Hurricane.
They would
like some appropriate wartime vehicles to attend to support this event and are
prepared to fund up to 15 ferry tickets. Andrew Partridge is the link person
