Sat 30th & Sun 31^st May     The 6th Hornby Castle Military Weekend 

This is held at Hornby Castle in North Lancashire, an MVT National show, hosted by The South Cumbria and North Lancashire Branch of the Military Vehicle Trust. It is in its 6th year and getting bigger and better each time. With over a hundred vehicles from a wide spread of eras, an increase in stalls, superb re-enactments ranging from the American Civil War to more recent conflicts and many Living History displays, it has gained a reputation as a successful and enjoyable weekend.
