Preparations for the 2008 War and Peace Show are now confirmed. There will be 40's entertainment throughout the day on all 5 days of the show. Free evening entertainment for onsite campers and exhibitors will be available on Wednesday evening and Thursday evening. Ticketed events on Friday and Saturday evenings must be booked in advance. The Hop Farm's very own masters of entertainment, Adam and Tom, bring us a selection of songs from the days when Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr ruler over Las Vegas.
The Jive Aces - number one in the field of jump, Jive and Boogie!, see below for details of their Friday Night Spectacular
Bill Baker's Big Band - a popular band from the Netherlands recreate the music and atmosphere from Glenn Miller, see below for details of their Saturday Night Spectacular
Kas, the new forces sweetheart, back by popular demand, follows the tradition of Vera Lynn and Anne Shelton
Swing Time Dance Company - learn to jive with established favourites, Paul Crook and Natasha Hall
The Kohima Band of the Princess of Wales' Royal Regiment - Kent's very own regimental band
Swingtime Sweethearts - a delightful duo entertain with tunes from the 40's and 50's
The Rochester Pipe Band
- nothing can match the skirl of pipes to make one's heart beat
Paul Harper - madcap, zany and full of energy with his wartime humour. On a more sensitive side Paul does a world renowned reincarnation of the much loved crooner Al Bowlly
40's Fashion Shows recreate the 1940's look every afternoon from the munitions factory to the local palais from the NAAFI to the Silver Screen
Nobby Clarke on the keyboard - with a pint of beer or a cup to tea this is the perfect way to relax after a hectic day at War and Peace.

1940's night featuring many of the entertainers who perform each afternoon in the Victory Marquee and dancing to Terry Elliott's "Sentimental Journey". An opportunity for everyone who is busy during the daytime to join in the Victory Marquee fun!
Thursday 17th July Free evening entertainment for onsite campers and exhibitors
4077th M A S H Party. Come as your favourite M A S H character, prizes for best costume!!! Live 1950's music performing wild Rock & Roll supported by Terry Elliott spinning the hottest 1950's platters.

Once again, the fabulous band The Jive Aces
will be performing the night away from 7.30pm. Guaranteed to get you on
the dance floor, this colourful 1950s style show is open to all. Tickets
