If you are bringing a military vehicle to the show, you will find all the information you need here. This page covers arrival times, a few safety rules, and all other issues pertaining to vehicle entries.

enclosing a cheque drawn on a UK bank. If you are travelling from abroad, we can accept cash payment when you book in.

Passes:

Vehicle passes will be despatched to you upon receipt of your booking in form, along with a sticker giving you your vehicle entry number. Please ensure this is appropriately attached to your vehicle upon arrival. This is also necessary for your vehicle to be judged and potentially win a prize!

Person passes will be issued on arrival to each individual. Please ensure these are worn by yourself and your guests or assistants at all times. Should your partner/guest be following in a support vehicle, they must report to booking-in for their pass. Extra passes will be available at booking-in at a cost of £30 per adult and £20 per child under 15 (infants under 5 gain free entry).

Arrival

You may start arriving as of Friday 14th July, and departure must be by Monday 24th July unless previously arranged.

One Way System

All vehicles must abide by this. Vehicles are not permitted to leave the site between the hours of 10.00 and 16.00 on show days. The only exceptions will be emergencies, unless pre-arranged with the organisers.

Fuel/gas

The nearest fuel station is either at Paddock Wood - opening times 06.00 - 23.00 7 days a week, or in the village of East Peckham on the old Beltring - Maidstone Rd. No fuel transference may be carried out.

It is planned to have gas bottles available on the site over the weekend from the Paddock Wood Motorist Discount Centre.

5 m.p.h speed limit

..is applied within the show ground. There must be no unauthorised moving of vehicles during events. Drivers must obey orders from officials and marshals. Under Section 1, 2, and 3 as amended by the Road Traffic Act of 1991, you could be prosecuted for driving recklessly at this type of event if it was considered you endangered the lives of other exhibitors or members of the public.
