THE WAR AND PEACE SHOW 2002

Victory Publishing Tours 2002

Dear Military Enthusiasts,

At the request of friends, clients and history enthusiasts, Victory Publishing has put together a terrific tour of England ths next summer in July 2002! Our entire itinerary is devoted to WW2 history, vehicles and militaria, with the enthusiast and collector specifically in mind.

Our tour will visit some of the most unique museums and sites in the world, which many of you will have heard of and read about for a very long time.

Tom Berndt, Publisher of Militaria International Magazine, and author of the "Standard Catalog of Military Vehicles" will be your tour guide. Tom has visited all of the sites on the tour and is familiar with all of them. Assisting him will be his close friend Col. (Ret.) Arthur Hubbard. Art has vast knowledge of history, experience with vehicles and is an US patch and insignia collector. He is also a seasoned European traveller.

The focal point of the tour is the War and Peace Show at Beltring, England. This show, in the summer of 2001, had a paid attendance of 91,000 people! The flea market was 100 acres, with 1,150 vendors! Over 3,600 vehicles were present! It is simply unbelievable and has to be seen to be realised it is 'The Largest Military Show on Earth.'

(Here is a photo of one of the most intriguing flea market stalls I saw. He had something of everything!)

Please consider bringing your spouse on this tour. England is a terrific place to travel to, for shopping, great food, art & architecture, and has an infinite number of museums on a vast variety of subjects. There are endless sites to see and things to do if your spouse does not enjoy military vehicles or WW2 history.

Before our departure we will provide our clients with detailed information packages, including museum brochures and other sites to visit. We will supply you with information on currency exchange, weather information, necessary clothing, laundry, insurance, phone calls and much, much more.

If you have questions about the tour or desire to modify the travel itinerary to fit your personal interests and enjoyment, please feel free to contact us at any time by phone, fax or e-mail.

This tour will fill up quickly with the limited capacity of 40 seats, so reserve your spot with your $500.00 deposit today! If an emergency comes up or if you decide not to go, your deposit will be fully refunded up to 120 days before the departure date.
