TO BOOK:
Please click here
for our booking form, which you can print out, fill in and send to
us, with a cheque made out to "War and Peace" and drawn on a
UK bank. Although you can arrive at the showground and request a campsite
at the show, due to growing demand for camping space, we would strongly
recommend you book in advance to be assured of your space.
If you are travelling
from overseas, please send us back the booking
form, and either send us an international bankers draft, or pay when
you arrive.
ARRIVAL:
You may start arriving
as of Friday 12th July, and departure must be by Tuesday 23rd July unless
previously arranged.
Follow the signs
to the "Booking In" entrance, and upon arrival, report to the
relevant booking in trailer (this will be clearly marked).
PASSES:
Person passes will
be issued on arrival to each individual. Please ensure these are worn
by yourself and your guests at all times.
SUPPORT VEHICLES:
You are entitled
to bring an essential support vehicle with you (to tow a caravan, etc),
but in order to keep this as primarily a military vehicle show, may we
please ask that you park your car in the public car park for the duration
of the show, unless it is a military vehicle. As you will be camping in
the body of the show ground, if you absolutely need to keep your vehicle
with you, we would be grateful if you would use some kind of camouflage.

ON
SITE FACILITIES:
Your entry fee covers
you for access to all of the show site, with the exception of the inside
of the arena unless you are participating in an event, and to all events,
except the Herb Miller Night.
There are extensive
hygiene facilities (loos, showers, baby changing facilities) both on the
War and Peace Show Ground and in the Hop
Farm Country Park premises.
Unfortunately, electrical
hook-ups are reserved for show staff only, but you are more than welcome
to bring a generator. However, this will have to comply with safety regulations
and be earthed (please click here for more details
of show safety regulations).
There is an on-site
shop for all the things you may have forgotten, as well as supplying your
grocery needs, selling fruit and vegetables, bacon, newspapers, cigarettes,
toothpaste etc.

site facilities, please click here.
