A £10
facility fee is payable for the first Military Vehicle, then £5
for each additional M.V. entry. Please send payment with your form
and make cheques payable to "War & Peace."(NB: Overseas
entrants may pay on arrival at the show) IMPS members prior to 2001
are entitled to free entry for their MV only.
Each vehicle entry entitles you to two adult and two child passes
(U15), entry for one essential support vehicle and a campsite pitch for
the week.
M.V. entrants may arrive from Friday 12th. Extra passes are available
at £30 per adult, £15 per child U15 (U4s free). Names
for extra passes must be included on a separate sheet with payment.
Essential support vehicles - will be parked in the designated parking
areas for non-display vehicles. We would appreciate you only bringing
support vehicles that are absolutely necessary, as we are limited in the
amount of space available for on-site parking. Passes will be issued for
each vehicle and access will only be permitted on the production of such
a pass:

Due to an excessive amount

Pitches 6m x 6m £75.00 if booked and paid for in full by 1st February
2002
After this date £100 per 6m x 6m pitch.
Please note that all 2001 pitch allocations will be reserved for repeat
booking until 1st Feb 2002
Each pitch entitles you to two adult and two child (U15) passes, one support

| The
camping area is part of the showground, and the fee for camping also covers
site entry fees and use of all facilities, including showers, loos and the
site shop. Gas will be available for sale but electric hook-ups will not
be available, so please bring your own generator. Campers are entitled to
access to all of the show and events excluding the Miller Night, for which
you can order tickets above. All camping must be off site by mid-day Monday
22nd July 2002. |
